Develop your apprentices. Support your crew.
Developing an apprentice takes a plan for learning and a place to practice. Energize Us EDU works with electrical contractors and employer sponsors to connect structured technical instruction with the supervised experience apprentices gain on the job.

Build technical understanding alongside field experience.
Our employer apprenticeship instruction uses the NCCER Electrical Levels 1–4 curriculum, practical learning activities, and progress tracking. The goal is to help apprentices understand the principles behind the tasks they encounter and develop the professionalism expected in an electrical crew.
The current program page explains the curriculum and the topics employers can discuss with our team. Training format, schedule, assessment, and any additional instruction are agreed before enrollment.
Make learning relevant to your team.
Apprentices arrive with different experience and questions. A useful training conversation starts with what your people know, the work they are assigned, and the support they need. Practical explanation, examples, discussion, and opportunities to review understanding help connect the lesson to the job.
Personalized, in-house sessions can also bring the employer’s team into the conversation. Availability and delivery are planned for the specific engagement; one photograph or past visit does not mean every program has the same format.

Keep the employer and training responsibilities clear.
The employer provides supervised jobsite experience, field guidance, and time for apprentices to participate in instruction. Energize Us EDU provides the instruction and learning support within the agreed scope.
A training plan should identify the field mentor, instructional schedule, attendance and progress records, and the person responsible for questions or concerns. Where a Registered Apprenticeship Program is involved, its sponsor retains responsibility for administering that program.
Develop the habits that support the technical skill.
Electrical learning includes more than remembering information. Apprentices also need to communicate, ask useful questions, prepare for work, take responsibility, and respond to feedback. Our educational approach brings those expectations into the learning experience alongside technical subjects.
A team huddle or review conversation can help make expectations visible: what was learned, where it applies, and what needs more practice. The exact activities depend on the training plan and the people involved.
Plan before you enroll.
Bring these details to an initial conversation:
- Your company’s location and the locations where apprentices work
- Apprentice numbers, experience, and current training stage
- The field supervision and mentoring you can provide
- Scheduling needs and the delivery formats you want to discuss
- The skills, documentation, and progress information you need
- Any applicable program, registration, licensing, or credential requirements
We can then discuss an appropriate instructional plan, responsibilities, and next steps.
Understand what instruction does and does not establish.
Technical instruction is part of a training pathway. It does not by itself provide employment, establish a Registered Apprenticeship Program, or grant an electrical license. Work experience, examinations, registration, and licensing depend on the applicable program and jurisdiction.
Confirm those requirements with the relevant authority before making commitments. Any specific credential or continuing-education credit must be confirmed for the actual course and location.
Start with your crew.
Tell us who you are developing and where you want them to go next. An inquiry lets us understand your needs and discuss whether our instruction is a fit.

An inquiry is not enrollment or a confirmed start date.
